Densimetric table
APPLICATION
Schneider Jaquet densimetric tables are designed to separate grains similar in shape and dimensions, but different in density.
These machines are used in seed storage or flour milling facilities.
OPERATION
Grains are lifted in an air flow. Denser grains remain closer to the table and are shifted towards certain exits, while lighter, damaged, shrivelled, pest-infected or broken grains remain in suspension and are shifted to other exits.
AVANTAGES
• 5 different settings:
– Grain flow rate;
– Vibration speed;
– Longitudinal and lateral inclination;
– Suction power.
• Flow rate: 15 tph for wheat.
